Role Overview
Join us as a Part-Time Mystery Shopper and become a pivotal part of Kasasa's mission to empower our clients to "Win the War" by enhancing their customer base through exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Mystery Shopper to evaluate the customer service experience provided by bank branches of our client's financial institution. As a Mystery Shopper, you will contact bank branches anonymously to assess how well they engage potential customers over the phone and promote their Kasasa Powered Checking and Savings account programs. Your valuable feedback will help our clients enhance their customer service strategies and improve overall customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Responsibilities)
- Embody Patch Values: Demonstrate commitment to Patch Values in every aspect of work and interaction.
- Phone Assessment: Place phone calls to designated bank branches following the specific scenarios provided.
- Evaluation Criteria: Assess how effectively bank representatives connect with you as a potential customer.
- Product Promotion: Evaluate the presentation and promotion of Kasasa Powered Checking and Savings account programs.
- Report Accuracy: Complete detailed and objective reports based on your interactions.
- Adherence to Guidelines: Follow mystery shopping guidelines and protocols provided.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success and growth of the Retail Design & Delivery Team and organization.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS (Qualifications)
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to articulate clearly and professionally over the phone.
- Attention to Detail: Observant and meticulous in evaluating customer service interactions.
- Reliability: Dependable and able to meet assignment deadlines.
- Objectivity: Ability to provide unbiased feedback and observations.
- Flexibility: Available to conduct mystery shops during flexible hours, including evenings.
- On-Site: Work at Kasasa Headquarters
- Legal Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- You will be asked to participate in culture related meetings, activities, and events. We firmly believe that building culture and teamwork in a company requires extra intentionality, and thus your participation and engagement isn’t just encouraged - it is required and part of your role responsibilities. - Previous experience in mystery shopping or customer service evaluation is a plus.
- Knowledge of banking products and services, particularly Kasasa Checking and Savings accounts, is beneficial.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Sitting for extended periods of time; approximately 5-6 hours per day
- Simultaneous use of hand, wrist and fingers
- Daily operation of standard office equipment
- Frequent use of oral communication to perform work
- Lifts and moves 7-10 pounds occasionally
